Q1: Are your items brand new?
All items are guaranteed brand new. We do not sell any used items, or factory defects.

Q2: Which methods of payment do you accept?
Credit Card and Western Union Payment can accepted on our website.

Q3: Is it safe to pay via credit card ?
The payment conforms to the same principles with paypal. We are equal to a credit card customer,your money will flow into our account and we have no rights to know anything about your card information, so if there are any problems about the payment, you should contact with your credit card company to learn what has happened.

Q4: How to make the payment by Western Union?
You can place the order then email at sales@uggcardy.org you will be instructed to send your payment through Western Union.

Q5: The reason for unsuccessful payment
Guests paied for it but declined (pay application is rejected),it may be the reason as follows:
1. Guests are not correctly fill out the payment information
2. The Issuing bank does not support online shopping
3. The credit card balance is too less
4. The Guests have bad payment records,and did not pass the IPS or west union filtration(dishonor,false buy etc.)

Q6: What are the return, exchange, refund policies?
We offer a full money back guarantee on sergio rossi returned within 7 days of receipt.This refund does not include the cost of shipping. We also guarantee that our products will not be seized by customs. If a customs officer seizes your merchandise we will replace them once. Refunds are issued in the same form in which the original payment was made and may take up to 7 business days after the receipt of goods.

If you find the products you received is not the same as the ordered one,please sent a picture of the items to our email, after confirmation it, we will give you exchange.

It usually need seven days to delivery.If you don''''t received your item over ten days please contact us and we will check for you.

We ship all our Roger Vivier through courier services to your door. You will receive a tracking number so you can track the progress of your shipment.

We ship our products anywhere in the world. We uses EMS Express Courier for all of our shipments. We always ship within 7-9 days and guarantee the arrival of all of our shipments. No, we will send the goods as a gift to you or mark less amount of the postage,so you would not or less to pay the sales tax.

If your packages had been in customs for more than 12 days , we would attempt to have them released. If can''''t , we would resend you 50% of your original order.
